Most people would rather have a standard sized or larger pillow. I have a specialized neck pillow I use, but wanted a smaller one for "clutching", if you will. I sleep on my side, usually and at some point along the way, learned that if I hold a pillow or cushion, pulling it against my chest and abdomen, it somehow helps keep my neck positioned properly.The pillow measures 12" x 20", has a removable cover and a carry bag is included. If I understand correctly, the cover can be washed, but not the actual pillow. My favorite feature of this item is the "cooling side". I have purchased many other pillows, such as those filled with memory gel, described as cooling pillows. They really haven't lived up to this claim. This one is different - you can feel the termperature difference - the cooling vs the warmer side. I am looking forward to experiencing the luxury of a cold pillow on a warm night.For my purposes, this product is very helpful. I have searched for one this size for years - I'm not sure why it took so long to find. 5 Stars and highly recommended...

The seller isn't kidding in that there's a cool side and a warm side to this pillow! I wrote it off as a marketing gimmick when I saw the listing and requested it mostly because of the size. But the difference between the "warm" and the "cool" sides is palpable. The fabric is different on each side and that's what makes one side cooler than the other, so this pillow can easily serve you, whatever your temperature preference is. Not super lightweight but soft and comfortable. Comes with a compression bag, great if you wanna take it traveling/camping.

Great for travel because of its small size, but still adequate for my big head. I could feel the cool and warm side with my hand. For actual use, I put a cotton pillow case on it and that rather muffles the cooling effect. Not a big deal for me, I still find the pillow to be very comfortable when fully filled with the stuffing. Had to air out the off-gassing for about 7 to10 days, after which it seems to be inert.

This shredded foam pillow has very soft memory foam. You can take foam out, if you think it's too full. But I don't think you'll want to, since it's so soft.The pillow case has a cool side and a regular side. Very noticeably cooler on the cool side. No idea how they do that with the fabric. Thick quilted, zippered cover. It's a good size for a small pillow.I like this pillow and it's size. Big enough to be your travel pillow. Great size for in the car. Nice as a lumbar pillow. It may not be firm enough for a side sleeper, but you could fold it and give yourself more support.The storage bag is a plus. And it comes with a 3 year warranty.

This shredded foam pillow is easy to adjust to the right amount of fill and comes with a bag to keep unused filling in case it’s needed later. I don’t know what wizardry went into the fabric on the cool side, but it is actually cool to the touch. For a travel pillow, it’s a decent size. Not much smaller than a standard pillow and generous but portable enough for camping, roadtrips, or for a child’s everyday pillow. There was no weird smell that off gassed either.

I was just baffled by the different sides. One side soft and warm, while the other side is satiny and cool.The crushed foam inside is comfortable, especially for lying on my back. Although, I would love it if there was an additional portion of foam that could be inserted. I will probably add more batting inside because I spend most the night sleeping on my side. The current stuffing is ideal for other travel occasions, such as plane and car. The pillow packs up nice and tight inside the included pouch. The additional strap is a big plus.
