High quality images from cameras, both daytime and night. We enjoy the fact that you can rotate the cameras, talk, and hear thru them. It's better if you buy an inexpensive HD TV or monitor to get the full feel of the video quality. Fairly easy to install these POE cameras, just one wire to the NVR that provides power, video, and audio. Like most security systems, the learning curve is there, and menus and commands are different between the NVR, PC app, and phone app, so some study and searching is required. We had a camera/connector go bad, but it was replaced at no cost to us. The hard drive ceased to playback video, that turned out to be a lose data cable on the hard drive. Service is not immediate, but it's okay.

Having had a OOSSXX system before, I knew sort of what to expect. The main box setup was easy, but something a little more annoying and still ongoing is setting up the POE runs from the box to the locations I want the cameras at. The other OOSSXX system I have uses wireless and it was about 80% effective. Dropped frames, desync, and random reboots happened frequently and recently the system just completely died after 2 years. I haven't had the same experience yet with this system, but it also hasn't been two years. I will update the review if that happens.Quality wise it looks good and is easy to use the interface. I don't have it plugged to a 4k monitor right now to speak about full resolution quality, but on the 1080p monitor the old OOSSXX system was on it looks great and clear and just as good, if not better, than the older system I had.The machine has a sound from the hd but it's not unbearable. We have a slightly noisy home office and everything pretty much has to be off for us to really hear this system.

Received Security System within days. Cameras packaged securely and well protected. System was very easy to get up and running. I was surprised at how easy it was to get the system connected to the internet and viewable on my iPhone. The free APP was downloaded and very easy to figure out and begin using. PTZ was simple and self explanatory. All in all I’m impressed with my purchase. And would recommend it to my friends.

I did what could be called a "bench test". With minimal wire off spools just enough to hook system up. Picture was clear in light and darkness. The cameras did not track and one camera seemed to point downward about 2 degrees different than the others. I filed to return and upon repacking I noticed that the way boxes and accessories were packed originally was not correct. I placed items the way it seemed correct, (I've worked in a shipping department previously), and returned to Bolo. I think what I received had been returned before.

Waste of money cameras are very low quality doesn’t have not even half the memory it said it has. Just a waste of money pure garbage

I’m disappointed with the quality of the cameras. They are not as described- the night cameras are not clear and the viewing is hard to decipher what is being viewed. Also one camera is not good at all as compared to the others. I contacted the company thinking they would assist but there were unable to make the quality better as described in their selling points. At this point it is difficult to return them since they have been installed onto the house- too much work to take down , package and return. Therefore, I am disappointed in the purchase.
