The way this works is it allows you to get and make calls hands-free. There is buttons on the side that allow you to connect to Bluetooth and to answer calls. I love the functionality of this device. It's not only good for making calls it's also good to tune out the background noise around you. It also was a good value and easy on my wallet. The battery lasts a long time so I can use this headset all day without having to charge it. It also has a perfect fit so it's good and snug and stays in place and doesn't fall out . I usually forget I'm wearing it because it's so comfortable. I recommend this for anyone who stays on the phone alot.
