5.0 out of 5 stars Top of the line! Better than Starbucks!
We are really enjoying our espresso machine! I waited a little over 30 days to make my review. I use our machine almost daily and find it heats quickly, makes flavorful and smooth espresso and cleans up quickly. The size for counter space is perfect and the aesthetic is that of a far more expensive and high end espresso maker! Better than buying Starbucks.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent espresso maker
I absolutely love this thing, it heats up to the proper temperatures, and makes the best coffee, very easy to work which is what I like the most.
1.0 out of 5 stars Best Machine on amazon that you can buy under $200.
Almost all complaints I read are ridiculous because people have no clue about espresso or how the machine works.1) you can adjust seconds but only up to 60.2) Loud? IDK maybe. not crazy loud totally ok.3) Leaking? No. Put water talk well.4) Pressure works fine, Barometer is good. You adjust the pressure with the coffee grinder and how much you push it down with temper. There is no pressure adjuster on any espresso machine.5) Standard 51mm 3 ears portafilter, Love it for that. Works well with coffee grinders. You can buy a bottomless portafilter and a non-pressurized basket.6) Only pressurized baskets are included with one hole at the bottom.7) steam works well. E-2 Error people will get after Steam use. You can cool down the machine if you let out steam and some hot water to speed it up.8) You can get Steam and Hot water from it. Depending on which regime is on, ON = espresso, Steam button = Steam from the same place.9) if you push the espresso 1 and 2 cups buttons together it will switch from F to C and back. What I wish or dislike.I wish there would be a manual pour button or option where I can control how much water I want in my drink. Useful for non espresso drinks.I wish I could adjust the pouring time to more than just 60 seconds.I wish there could be a temp adjustment. It shows 92C. I wish I could adjust it +-.I wish the bottom would be wider so when I take the tray out wider cups could fit for big drinks.*If I brew coffee alternatives for a big cup it's a hustle I have to push the espresso button 3 times and pour 2 times a cup into the cup I use for the drink.Less importantHeated top would be great too, but not as important to me.I wish they would include a portafilter without plastic and/or a bottomless portafilter.I wish they would include non-pressurized baskets too.EDIT:1 STAR because it produces very bitter coffee no matter what I do. In comparison with the cheaper DeLonghi machine which produces better coffee. The reason is TEMPERATURE ISSUE.IT IS HOT but it is lower than what it should be and it does affect extraction and final espresso taste. :(.I measured several times and compared and it is lower temp than what other cheaper machine delivers. It says 92C but it is not true :(If I could adjust Temp to whatever I want it would be 5 stars. But I don't see a way to do it unless it's not on the instruction and hidden settings.it seems a small but it's a MAJOR issue since it just ruins espresso :(
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent…
I’ve owned a few sub $200 expresso machines. Some are better than others. Then there’s this model. Leaps and bounds better than any I have used. Well designed and operates flawlessly. This is the first machines that does not continue to drip after brewing. You can fit a 16 oz coffee mug under the brew head if the drip basket is removed. Because this machine does not drip, I leave it off. Thoughtful operation like being able to adjust the brew time in both single and double cup modes is great. Having a hot water dispenser is also nice. The frother works very well. If the steam wand controller is left on, the brew cycle will not function which is a good safety feature. It is a high end looking expresso machine without the cost. Brews just as well, but of coarse does not have features expensive ones do. In my case, they are not needed like a onboard burr grinder, self cleaning etc… the stainless steel creamer container and grounds compactor are also nice. Most don’t come with the creamer and have a flimsy plastic compactor.
4.0 out of 5 stars Value for money
Great coffee machine, looks great and gives great coffee. Have had it for 6 months. The one things that can be irritating is getting the coffee container out of the tumbler.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good customer service and a nice machine for the price!
I really like this machine overall and customer service from the company was pretty good. The first one we received stopped working after only two or so months, which was very disappointing because it just happened so suddenly and otherwise seemed to work perfectly. It wouldn’t turn on to start heating up even though the lights flashed when I first plugged it in. It was too late to start a return, so after a little back and forth with customer service and sending a video of the problem, they sent me a new one, which I appreciated. I’ve only had the new one for a couple weeks and it seems to be working fine. I’ve had several different countertop machines over the years and I’d say this is the easiest to use and makes the most consistent espresso shots, also has the most quality build and doesn’t feel cheap at all. There’s some info in the Q&A section about changing the duration of your pulls that’s not in the manual, so it is a little more customizable than it first seems. We refill the water tanks without removing it from its seat every day to go easy on the delicate seal - a trick we learned from our last machine (you still want to remove and clean the tank every so often). Our new machine doesn’t quite have the same steam pressure as the first one, so milk is a little less frothy but it’s a very small difference. Based on my experience I’d recommend this one as a great value for the price, and I appreciate the company’s attention to my issue.

Estafa No Caigan Pésima Máquina!
