I had an old Lenovo flex previously and I loved that one as well but it was very old so I decided to upgrade. Decided to stick with what I knew and loved and I couldn't be happier! It is the perfect size to bring back and forth between work (teacher) and home. It is very quick to detect when you convert the laptop to the different "modes" and the touch screen is very responsive. I also love the added feature of the camera cover for when you're not using it. 100% recommend!

I've had this laptop for about a year now, and I haven't had a single issue with it. The only thing I had to complain about was a teeeeeeeny little nic near the touch pad, but it's soooo small that I sometimes forget it's there. Other than that, the charger works fine, the computer works fine, and I have no connection problems whatsoever. I got the computer WITHOUT the fingerprint scanner, and the pen I ordered separately works with it without a problem. I see nothing wrong with the laptop so far, and it's been about a year. It was definitely worth the price in my honest opinion.

This comes with Windows 10 in S Mode, which means you can only download apps available at the Microsoft store. However, you can opt out of it by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation. There is no charge for this. This is a good device for the price range. It is fast - faster than what I'm used to anyway - and the touchscreen is a nifty feature. Potential buyers should note that this device does not include a DVD drive and has only one usb portal.

Exactly what I was looking for in a laptop. I had been using my husband’s Lenovo yoga, really liked it and wanted a similar one for myself, but it was quite a bit more expensive. I honestly can’t tell the difference in ease of use between the two. I love it!
1.0 out of 5 stars This product does NOT COME AS ADVERTISED. They sent me a COMEPLETELY DIFFERENT MODEL
Let me begin by stating the intial reasons I was drawn to this laptop. It was advertised to have a backlit keyboard (which is a must for me as I tend to work in very dimly lit areas), it was advertised to have a good battery life, fingerprint scanner for added security and generally that it was a goiod functioning laptop for college students.The keyboard was malfunctioning from the moment I tried setting it up. It would not let me use the symbols @ or any of the SHIFT+ number symbols on the keyboard, making it impossible for me to set it up. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Bolo YOU ARE A DISAPPOINTMNET.They offered me a return however because I live in Trinidad and Tobago, the return label for UPS was only valid in the US, meaning it would cost me nearly $150 USD to ship the item back to the US and hence I was unable to return it. Very disappointed.

*I am an average person, 2 years out of college. I write for fun as a hobby. I previously had an HP x360 which I loved, but it was 6 years old and I was looking for an upgrade. During the recent quarantine, I was working from home and realized I needed something easy to multi-task with. I looked on several websites (best buy, walmart, target) before landing on Bolo and this laptop.It is missing two compontents. It didn't mention one way or another the backlit keyboard or fingerprint reader in the summary. In the Q/A section of Bolo, three 'verified' Lenovo support technicians recently (within the past couple of months) said that IT HAD both a fingerprint reader and backlit keyboard. I was looking for a 2-in-1 with a backlit keyboard so it's INCREDIBLY disappointing that it was missing this component. I loathe the returns process especially since I already uploaded all of my data onto this one so I will be keeping it. I hope others read this review so they are aware of these negatives.Pros:-good battery life-fast processing-ability to turn off S Mode for Windows 10 (which I did immediately because it's incredibly limiting)-Lenovo provides a software that sends all of your data from your old computer to your new one which I really appreciated it-Fast transition from tablet to laptop and back-Fast start up (ability to use a pin instead of a password as well)-touch screen is pretty responsive- easy to have multiple different apps up on the screen- Good laptop at the price pointCons--As stated above, NO BACKLIT KEYBOARD and NO FINGERPRINT READER-Fan is on the bottom of the laptop, making it pretty warm on your laptop sometimes, and it's also pretty loud if you rest your laptop on a hard surface- At least 2-3 times a month, I get the blue screen of death, saying that 'something went wrong' and it has to restart. Absolutely unbelievable.-graphics are alright- Keyboard is alright (the keys are a little less sensitive than I used to and for some reason the 'o' isn't great)-Aesthetically speaking (if you're into that), the grey matte keyboard doesn't mesh with the matte black design of the laptopIn total, this is a meh option especially at the price point. I would suggest looking for another one. I hope that it holds up with the daily use that I will put into it. I hope that Bolo fixes this listing to reflect the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader being absent.
