Like others before, I was a bit skeptical about this chair because of the only 6 reviews, but I will say I am pleasantly surprised. The box was looking a bit rough when it arrived, I assume because of the travel here. Even though the wheel base was nicely wrapped up in bubble wrap, there is one "leg" of it that has a few scratches where the paint has come off and the black resin/plastic is exposed - easy enough to cover up though. I am not sure if it was because of how it was made, or how the items were packaged inside the box.The silver on the armrests and the wheel base is actually paint, and those parts are made out of a resin/plastic/something like that. I incorrectly assumed they were metal like my other office chairs, but I'm not mad about it. It feels secure.Also, just so everyone is clear (because there are comments on the super helpful YouTube assembly tutorial) - the chair BASE tilts, the back of the chair does not recline. If you don't pay enough attention to the video in the description, you may think the chair reclines, but it doesn't - it just tilt/rocks.Overall, a very comfy chair. It is adequately padded, feels sturdy, and was super easy to put together by myself. I will update my review if anything changes.

The chair was easy to assemble, and feels good to sit in. The wheels are the main reason I wanted it, we have carpet in the office. I would’ve given it 5 stars but the box was torn and scratched the base up. Other than that, great price and a good office chair.

My sister bought a chair from this brand, diferent style. I liked it a lot. I thought I would try out the lumbar to see if it helped with my back. I no longer feel back pain when working at home. It is extremely comfortable and looks elegant as well. It's just the right size. Definitely buying again when the time comes.

I ordered this chair because I saw the reviews were pretty good. I was hoping it was sturdy because I am pretty big and nothing is worse than sitting in a chair that you think might break while you are sitting in it. This chair is great, do not worry about falling out of the chair when I lean back. It was very easy to assemble and it comes with the only tool you will need to assemble it. It took me about 15-20 minutes to put it together. I am considering replacing my poker table chairs with these since they are comfortable and not to expensive.

Very nice chair has moving arm support and nice back support and side support. it comes with all the hardware needed to assemble and easy to assemble. Height and tilt is adjustable overall all good quality chair

comfort is a great improvement over my old cheapo chair that had gone flat. the foam is pretty firm and offer good support for my work and school sitting. adjustments are pretty standard. hopefully the levers hold up and dont break because they are plastic.assembly was very straight forward for someone who is already normally comfortable with basic hand tools and such. build quality is a tiny bit sketchy, definitely a typical “made in china” kind of thing. had some of the threaded inserts installed crooked, but didnt seem to impact assembly. it wont last forever but i should get a few years out of it at least

The chair doesn't rock. Missing hardware and they don't return calls. The email doesn't work. Really sad I had to go buy hardware for this product. Please don't waste your money with this company

UPDATE- After calling the manufacturer, I wanted to update my review. The customer service was on point! They rectified the situation quickly and were very nice. The chair is now perfect! Definitely recommend and am very happy with the final outcome.ORIGINAL - When I received this chair, it had broken through the box. There was nothing structurally damaged but it did have a lot of cosmetic damage, which is frustrating considering this is a NEW item. On top of that the hydraulic cylinder is no good. The chair will not stay on the highest setting and sinks immediately upon sitting on it. While this chair is comfy, I really wish the hydraulic cylinder worked. I've already gotten rid of the packaging not realizing that a main component was not up to par. I know I can buy a new hydraulic cylinder to replace it with but I don't feel like I should be having to pay out of pocket to replace a part on a NEW item.
