I take a lot of supplements. Probably too many lol. Very few let your body physically know if they are working. That’s not the case with bio-complete 3. My energy levels are much better, and noticeably slump when I stop taking this supplement. Also, I go much more regularly and, pardon my bluntness, but I don’t have to wipe 1,000 times afterwards! lol I imagine the butyric acid is what’s assisting with the energy increase. I encourage everyone to listen to Dr Gundrys podcast. A few tweaks in my diet thanks to his advice and I’m down 15 lbs and maintaining it without being on keto. Good luck, all! P.S. I only take 2 per day, so a bottle lasts 2 months for me.

My father lost 42 pounds at the age of 79 on this product. I lost 38 pounds at the age of 51 with this product honestly change my eating habits but now I lost the way they take the buyer complete three periodically to keep my stomach flat.

I've used probiotics for many years and even still had a nagging digestive system discomfort and was starting to feel like probiotics were a waste of money. Truth probably is that most of them are. This is the only one that quieted down my system which is what I give it 5 stars for. As for price I think we're paying for hype. $50 bottle is not really sustainable for most people.

This product is not cheap. And, I got mad at Dr. Gundry for sending me the wrong product and charging me for return postage (not through Bolo). Have been using another probiotic/prebiotic pill and it is not nearly as effective as Bio Complete 3. With BioComplete 3, I never have a tummy issue or take another tummy medicine, and I might have to with other products. So, I have gone back to Dr. Gundry. It really works well.
