I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last 10-30 days (take one softgels 1-3 times per day). I'd prefer they add more softgels and/or use a smaller bottle (though the bottle is pretty small already - maybe a blister pack).The expiration date on mine is Aug 2026.The small softgels have a slight scent and taste to them (they say zero odor, but I don't trust many supplements that actually have no odor at all), and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says non-GMO, manufactured in Spain, and has a GMP stamp.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The bottle has a phone number on it and the website also has a chat feature. Their healthygut site is functional and informative. It has information on the founders and quite a bit of information on gut health and more, along with people's experiences of their different products.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like this supplement (including the lack of fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to), and based off what I have learned of the company, am looking to try out some more of their products. It is a little bit pricey, but knowing you are getting a quality supplement from a verifiable, established company, is worth at least part of that.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

These histamine and leaky gut support supplement softgels are made well to me.The smell is not much to me.The flavor and taste are fine with me.I can swallow them easily.I like the combination of big D3 and K2 amount recommended by our family doctor.I am going to finish them first before I may come back for more comments and more stars later on.
