We LOVE this litter box! It really makes cleaning up litter and taking care of that part of cat ownership super easy!Very easy to set up the litter box straight out of the box, and I had the hardware set up in just a few minutes. The included app functionality is really nice as well and the included instructions were clear on how to get it set up and I was able to get that part done relatively quickly as well. I could tell the English translation was not done by a native speaker, but rather by a translation program, and not checked because it seemed a little "funky". It's not a bad thing, but just something to note.The ability to set up specific timers and receive notifications when the box needs to be cleaned, when the cat is done with his business, and even the cat's weight so we can track if he's sick or anything is so nice to have and helps me stay on track of keeping his litter clean so we don't have any more accidents on the floor or anything.The only thing I may suggest is making the barrel slightly larger to give the cats more room when using the litter box. We don't have a large cat at all, but he seems to have very little room to maneuver when using the little box so it would be nice to find a way to make that part a bit larger to accommodate larger cats, but it does work very well for us.

While I’d love to give an honest review of this litter box after seeing it in actual use, I can only review what I know so far, and what I know is that this litter box has been sitting next to another litter box for almost a month and so far: nada.It’s definitely smaller than I thought it would be, but is still big enough for even our Catty McFatty…if only she’d go in! I’d like it even more if our 12 year old would try it. She tends to poop and go, not bothering to cover up. Unfortunately her litter box of choice is the LR box. Needless to say, we’re all quickly aware every time she goes. If she were to start using this automatic litter box, we might get some relief without having to immediately jump up and empty her litter box (like I’m about to do right now, ironically…).Anyway, I set it up…after I found the instructions, power cord, and extra bags hidden inside the top of the unit (see photo with arrow). It would have been REALLY helpful if there was SOMETHING hinting that I should look there first, having never had an automatic LB before. Once I found that, things were smooth from there. I would say that there’s really only one thing to NOT do: overfill. You’ll only waste litter.After I plugged in the LB, it set itself up. I filled it up, watched it run a cycle, and was pretty satisfied. Now, if only our cats would USE IT!!!! It keeps showing that it’s $500, but I’ve never seen it for more than $400. Since I’ve never owned/purchased any other automatic litter boxes before, I have nothing to compare it to price-wise, so you’d have to do your own research. What I can say is that this does not take up much more space than a large, covered LB does. If you’re looking for one of these litter boxes, but are concerned about space, you might want to consider this one.

I've been using this for about a month now in my two cat household. It has been a gamechanger! My cat sitter says my cats "poop like elephants" so I change the bag about once a week. I haven't noticed any odor (outside of when I open the compartment to change the collection bag) and this has been a dream come true!Set up was easy, the system tells you when the waste bag is getting full and when you need to add more litter. The litter bags it comes with seem very thin, so I'm hoping once I get through those and have some thicker waste bags I'll feel more confident. I haven't had any of the bags break, but I am a little cautious.One of my favorite things is that you can turn off the external sensor for when something is nearby. There is an internal sensor that will halt the cleaning cycle if there is additional weight detected inside the litterbox. This works perfectly for me because my cats are curious little babies and like to watch the litterbox run through the self clean cycle. When they try to step inside while it's cleaning, the cycle automatically stops until the weight is no longer detected.I truly could not be happier with this item!

We got these as a liner for our travel box for our cats. These are a bit smaller than I'd prefer, but their thickness is the great part about them. The cats are really rough when they bury their leavings, and they frequently get caught up on the liner. This helps us from having to replace the entire litter box every day, and that's a big help while on vacation. The pull string is a nice plus to allow us to throw in the refuse container without making a mess that creates a long-term stench. But, the best part goes back to the thickness of the bag - just love that we can rely on it and not worry about a bad mess while on vacation.

After using this automatic litterbox for a month now, I will say this litter box has potential, but it falls short in key areas. At 8 pounds, my cat is relatively small/average in size, yet he barely fits inside—his head sticks out when he uses it, making it feel cramped. The self-cleaning mechanism is convenient in theory, but it stopped mid-cycle and became nonfunctional, requiring manual intervention. While it does the job okay, it needs improvements in size and reliability to truly stand out.
