I don't know where to begin with this amazing Foldable Aluminum Pro Mobility Scooter! This arrived the next day, so shipping speed is A+. The person handling this package followed my directions and called me when he tried to leave the package out to make sure I know it arrived(this wasn't requested but the person went above and beyond because this is a special item), and he left it as per my notes, that's another A+. The package has a very extremely sturdy box, the cardboard is heavy duty and almost unbendable to protect the item during shipping process, which it did perfectly upon arrival. A+.Upon opening the box, the components are nicely wrapped, easy to understand how to install, and instruction manual was included with pictures and easy to understand instructions. The scooter is already half assembled because it is a foldable scooter, and I only had to install the seat, the basket, and the battery, and the wheels. The fact that this came with an extra battery and the charger is definitely an A+ because we need to have two batteries for interchanging between uses. This is very thoughtful of the manufacturer to include 2 batteries instead of just 1!The design of this mobility scooter is very sleek design and very likable. It does not feel like one of those old people scooter where you kind of feel old when you sit on it. This scooter feels kind of playful and young. It does not have seat handles on the sides, making it easy to get on and off the scooter, and it is foldable, so the seat just flips down when you want to put it in your trunk with no hassle. The battery compartment is very tiny compared to other brands, and it is very easy to snap the battery into place for a few hours of ride.The suspension of this scooter is very good. It rides so smoothly you don't feel any obvious bumps when in use. The battery power will show on one of the panels on the handle bar so you will know exactly when you need to change your battery. The basket is very deep and you can put many things in there without a problem. It holds to the handle bar really well. This scooter can go forward AND reverse. Amazing!It says that it can withhold weight up to 330 lbs. So far for my trial, it is more than enough. No one in my family weights that much, and we feel the ride is smooth as can be, and easy to use, easy to put away, best of all, it saves someone's aching knees from needing to walk the distance. The receiver of this item is so happy and delighted that it made their day. This item definitely deserves 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. The Super Handy Mobility Scooter is very easy to assemble. Tools are required to assemble parts of this scooter, including the front wheels and seat. I like that it comes with two batteries and there is a storage area for the spare battery on the scooter. There is no storage spot for the charger. Its east to fold down for storage in the back of a car and the seat comes off easy. It is about 47lbs, and its heavy to pickup to put into your vehicle. There are no easy built in handles for lifting. The brake does work well, but I do not like that it only brakes one wheel. The hand controls are very easy to navigate. I like that the there is an on/off button. I wish the seat, had a seat belt to hold you in, and I also wish the seat rotated and had arm rests. I have driven this on the grass in my yard and it does work, but there is extremely limited. It has a hard time going up a small incline on grass if you weigh over 250lbs. The battery is easy to install, but I will say that if you have a hard time bending over, replacing the battery will be difficult. The battery compartment has a spring loaded cover, at times, this could clamp down on your fingers when installing the battery. It is spring loaded. You will need to two hands to install the battery. I wish you did not need to get on our knees to install the battery. The scooter does a smooth increase in speed, it will not launch you like a Tesla in Plaid Mode. The unit does go in reverse and works well, it does not have a backup alarm. There is a manual bell on the handle bars. The hand brake does have a parking brake engagement built in. It does have a front independent suspension. You will not be able to do a U-Turn in a store, you will need to make a 3-point turn. My mother in-law would not drive this because she was afraid to fall off the scooter due to the lack of arm rest and seat belt. Overall, this is a nice scooter with limitations. If you need something simple, this could work. If you are over 250lbs and going to drive on grass inclines or non-paved surfaces, this is not the scooter for you. If you have a hard time bending over, you will need assistance on installing the battery.

This is a very convenient, lightweight scooter with a good speed and range. It was very easy to assemble; less than 45mins out the box. The seating is comfortable with adequate back and lumbar support. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable sitting on the scooter can be without any side arm support. The foot rests are placed perfectly for any foot size. It is entirely adjustable and fits my 5'0 height. The wheels are durable and travels through grass effortlessly. It is easy to fold and lightweight enough for the average person to place in the trunk of a car.It's steady over speed tables and small driveway lips. Having two batteries (one spare) was very thoughtfully designed by the makers. One battery has taken me as far as 3.6miles on a full charge (with some stops in between). The battery will also display the current charge and range. The buttons are easy to use for movement and the brakes work immediately when engaged. I feel safe and secure knowing there is no possibility of this scooter moving without user intent.I would absolutely recommend this scooter for anyone needing mobility support.
