I bought these for making chocolate Bombs and also different shapes of chocolates with molds but the chocolate is not a very good quality and is hard to melt and is not very tasty ,I tried several times with different methods and it was useless, I end up throwing it it away and bought a different brand that was more expensive, and yes the expensive brand work as it should right away.

I was dumb & didn’t check the reviews. I am beyond pissed I needed melting chips for my cousins baby shower & this stuff did’t even melt! It tastes horrible & the quality sucks!! Do not waste your money. FYI if you do purchase you can get a full refund by talking to customer service.

Melts grained not smooth! Don’t waste you money!After researching more about melting chocolate I decided to upgrade my review from 1 to 4 stars.Make sure there is absolutely no water in double boiler.Melt on a very low heat! Constantly stir chocolate.Add canola oil while melting, doesn’t affect taste and makes chocolate more smooth.

The worse chocolate I’ve ever worked with. Does not melt smoothly. Clumps and very hard to work with. Tried three different times and failed all three. Waste of money.

This white choc did not melt in the microwave. It just firmed up. We did 15 sec, stir, 15 sec stir. Could not use it and ended up throwing it out.It did taste great, just would not melt.
