This is the #1 gift of the season, but I predict it will be the #1 returned item next season. I encountered issues with it after the second use. The second time we washed it, the small "finger" on the clear reservoir that presses the safety switch in the main unit broke off. Unfortunately, you can't obtain a replacement part from Ninja. So far, I haven't been able to create a workable fix to get it up and running again. Overall, this was a significant waste of money. To make matters worse, I received no support from Bolo or the third-party seller. In short, it has been a complete waste of money.

I love how quickly it gets slushie and you can use any juice.Easy cleanup and easy to dispense. It is a good investment anytime but definitely in the summer can see the barbecues now. Just turn on and let it go,no ice is the best feature besides the quickness of your drink.

It works WITH some exceptions. You have to adhere to the instructions and not use any diet products, otherwise it will not freeze. If you or someone thinks it should freeze anything, this will not work for you. Diet juice and sodas have a much lower freezing point the slushi will not reach. Just read the instructions. They are there for a reason. And have some patience, it is not instant.
