These are so hard to open I have to use scissors. Not super “on the go” friendly. Can’t even use my teeth to rip it open. Tastes good though!

Does exactly what you're hoping it would do as long as you don't hope it'll help you sleep. It doesn't necessarily perk you up but it won't rock you to sleep either as some people might claim. Also, it does not taste as good as people say I just think they don't know flavor. It's far from bad but people make it sound like they drink it for the taste alone. It'll quiet an overactive mind for a good bit of time. You might need two a day depending on how you work cause I swear they last exactly 12 hours and not a second longer. A little gateway to peace. Dig that.
