    Arrived quick! Easy to assemble, completed by one person. Everything came as it should. Works well. Only downside is not much cushion but it did come with two pillows and not a hug deal.

    Chair is very uncomfortable to sit in, has absolutely no lumbar support, even with pillow provide.Sleeper portion is poor to fair comfort for sleeping. Very disappointed.

    The 2 small knobs that are supposed to keep the foot rest section in place does not work. No matter how it’s positioned, the foot rest slides away when you turn in your sleep and occasionally you fall between the pieces. 1 such fall has fractured 2 ribs of my ribs.

    The entire chair was very poor quality. The way all the photos look on Bolo are very misleading. Very uncomfortable.

    Easy enough to assemble, looks ok. Padding is incredibly flat, had to order extra furniture foam to add to it. Otherwise works as intended

    It had unstitched holes that will unravel soon and the zipper was broken. Merchandise had hairs on it. The chair sits real low to ground. Just not what looks like in picture.
