The best I can say about supplements is that they have no side effects. I've taken this for a few days with no issues. The packaging is profession and looks safe. I also enjoy moving the pills around in their packing. Good asmr feels.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few days now, and I’m very pleased. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and they haven’t caused me any gastrointestinal issues. I can’t speak too much about the effects yet, but I do feel more energetic—though that could just be the placebo effect of taking a supplement that promises to boost energy levels.However, I like the formula even though I never heard about the brand and I didn't see any US third-party testing it. It contains key ingredients that are known for their anti-aging properties, NAD+ and resveratrol.I read a study that supports the idea that boosting NAD+ can improve energy, reduce inflammation, and support brain and heart health. Resveratrol has antioxidant properties and may positively affect longevity and cardiovascular health. This is often linked to the “French Paradox” (the observation that the French have lower rates of heart disease despite a high-fat diet, potentially due to moderate red wine consumption, which contains resveratrol).Of course, I'm aware that exercise and diet play a big role in overall well-being, but I’m starting with the supplement. So far, so good. If it doesn’t work, I’ll update my review.

I have to give It some time to work.
As I've never had this brands NAD+ supplement, I can't comment if this particular supplement will work well or not at all.During my 2+ years of taking NMN and/or NAD+, I've come across some that claim to be what I've paid for to then not having any effect on my wellbeing.First of all, it isn't expensive, because a brand I use and has been the one working the best of them all is twice the price, so this is first benefit of this supplement.Secondly, it does have some potency, which if like me you're already taking NMN (which is precursor for NAD+), then one capsule might or even should be sufficient to top that up.Also, good amount of capsules, and this pouch can last anywhere between 40 (two a day) to 80 (one a day) days.I'll give it some time, most likely a couple of weeks to see what it does and what it doesn't do.
