    While putting the cabinet together I noticed that there were scratches on panels that appear to be covered with a black marker- an attempt to remedy a manufacturer defect. Had the scratches been on the back, inside or bottom of the cabinet, and covered, no big deal-but there’s a scratch on the top piece that is visible. When I emailed the manufacturer for support to request a replacement part, the email bounced back as undeliverable.

    The compartments do not fit men’s shoes. Too narrow. Disappointed how I have to fit in the shoes sideways to fit them. Which takes up a lot of room. More like 2 pair of shoes per compartment. I want to return this, not worth it
