These pods taste very close to a proper Starbucks Americano when you add a bit of water.Probably not quite as strong as the coffee shop espresso - but close enough for me.Recommended if you are a fan of Starbucks coffee.

I've got this on subscribe and save and have had for ages. The only drawback is the price in my opinion. While cheaper than the original Nespresso brands, it still seems a lot to me. The other issue is the variation in price we see in coffee products between one order and the next which defy logic but if you like your coffee, this brand does some very good ones.

I love the ‘Starbucks by Nespresso’ coffee pods as they are packed full of flavour and fit flawlessly. Obviously not all the varieties are equally delicious- though I’ve yet to find one that I don’t like - but the Espresso are a dark, intense roasted flavour with a sweetness rather than tasting burnt like some other dark roast pods. I’ve bought a few 8x10 (80) pod packs but I do watch the price as it goes up and down - I have yet to pay more than £18 for 80 pods and often make use of an Bolo code or voucher to make them better value. If you like Nespresso then you can’t go wrong with these 😃

Le prix n'est pas à son avantage, mais il faut savoir attendre pour l'acheter les bons jours. C'est du nespresso, mais la torréfaction est vraiment différente, le café et les arômes sont plus marqués, rien qu'à le préparer avec la cafetière, il dégage déjà ses arômes, en bouche, la douce amertume reste dans la bouche.c'est du grand café, avec capsule en alu, (ce qui est mieux pour la pression).

Der Kaffee ist toll. Super Geschmack und absolut zu empfehlen. Nur kann ich nun das Spar-Abo nicht abbestellen. In der Liste der Spar-Abos wird es nicht angezeigt. Kennt jemand dieses Problem?

Dark Roast, il migliore della gamma Starbucks.
E meno male che ho deciso di prendere la confezione di assaggio!Prima di prendere un caffe' che uno non ha mai provato lo consiglio sempre; vi permette di scegliere il gusto che preferite e, se siete in piu' di uno a casa riuscirete a trovare il meglio per tutti i componenti della famiglia.Una scoperta questa dello Starbucks by Nespresso.La qualita' Nespresso (dalle capsule in alluminio alla tostatura del caffe' e' assolutamente evidente.Finora di capsule ne avevo provate tante e per tanti motivi nessuna poteva essere paragonata al Nespresso originale.In questo caso, addirittura, ho trovato almeno un paio di varianti che non solo possono competere con l'originale ma che, a mio giudizio, lo superano.Ho voluto aspettare un po' prima di recensire questa confezione per dare modo non solo a me ma anche a mia moglie di provarli tutti.Io preferisco di gran lunga un caffe' forte, corposo, cremoso e persistente, mia moglie lo preferisce speziato e di media forza.Per quanto i gusti siano diversi ho voluto mettere le caratteristiche di ognuno secondo il mio gusto.In calce riporto il preferito di mia moglie.L'intensita' riportata e' quella della confezione, il giudizio personale, ovviamente, il mio!Espresso Roast: molto cremoso e vellutato, eccellente, completo, persistente con un retrogusto amarognolo - Intensitá 11/10 - Giudizio personale 10/10.Verona: forte e cremoso, gusto assolutamente italiano - Intensitá 10/10 - Giudizio personale 9/10.Single Origin Sumatra: persistente, discreta la crema, buona Intensitá - Intensitá 10/10 - Giudizio personale 7/10.House Blend: non troppo forte, equilibrato, note di cioccolato - Intensitá 8/10 - Giudizio personale 7/10 .Pike Place: puo' equivalere all'arpeggio della Nespresso. Per tutti i giorni - Intensitá 7/10 - Giudizio personale 6/10.Single-Origin Colombia: leggero, niente di particolare - Intensitá 7/10 - Giudizio personale 4/10.Blonde Roast Espresso: retrogusto particolare, fresco, leggero - Intensitá 6/10 - Giudizio personale 2/10.Decaf Espresso Roast: classico decaffeinato, simile all'arpeggio decaffeinato della Nespresso ma un po' piu' intenso - Intensitá 11/10 - Giudizio personale 6/10.Mia moglie preferisce indubbiamente il Pike Place senza disdegnare l'House Blend.Tutte le prove le ho fatte con macchina Nespresso Essenza Mini e il caffe' l'ho fatto uscire sempre corto anche se alcune capsule indicavano caffe' lungo.Fisicamente lo Starbucks si trova, al momento, solo in una stranota catena di supermercati del Nord Italia (che da qualche anno ha un punto vendita anche qui a Roma) e da quanto ho potuto verificare i prezzi nell'ipermercato e qui su Bolo sono uguali.Molto comoda per me che sono daltonico la scritta impressa sulla capsula che mi permette di differenziare la varie fragranze; sul caffé originale non c'e'!Rispetto al Nespresso il risparmio e' minimo ma comunque e' presente e rende questa degli Starbucks una scelta assolutamente indicata.Da notare che avendo praticamente esaurito gia' quasi tutte le capsule ho avuto un inconveniente solo con una che la macchina non e' riuscita a forare correttamente (una House Blend).Con Nespresso, da anni, non mi e' mai capitato.Le stelle non possono essere che 5 ma ribadisco di provare il kit di assaggio se non lo avete mai provato!Se avete dubbi o domande sono a vostra disposizione.... chiedete!Buoni acquisti... e alla prossima review!
