After years of trying various versions of this small, canned Doubleshot, I’m staying with the Light version for a number of reasons:1. Consistent flavor. Try ordering an Iced Shaken Espresso (formerly known as a Doubleshot) at more than one Starbucks, and you’ll get two different-tasting drinks.2. Consistent texture. Even versus other flavor variations in this line of canned coffees, the Light is the only one without lumpiness or particles settled at the bottom.3. Price. At the time of this writing, each can is about $1.65-1.70, versus $5-6 at a Starbucks. Sometimes I think that “I worked hard, I deserve someone to make me a $5 coffee…” but I don’t feel that way if I know I have a better coffee waiting for me in my fridge for a fraction of the price!4. Great on the go. When I need to vaporize cobwebs in my head fast, or to stay awake for a long stretch of driving or working, this is very dependable.Highly recommended for all these reasons. I know espresso drinks are smaller, but for those of us caffeine lovers, a larger can size option would be nice.

The ingredients list is short and readable. It's a little sweet for my tastes but doesn't require refrigeration to stay edible. It's fantastic over ice, ice cold, thinned with a little milk to cut the sweetness. But I like to have one or two in my lunchbox, especially for jobsites you can't leave. Price per serving is so so. A little better than current prices at dunkin or Wawa for coffee.If you don't have a caffeine addiction then you wouldn't need to buy these. If you do, these are convenient and probably healthier than monsters.

I really enjoy these but the problem is that the milk keeps getting solidified on the bottom and it gets chunky when drinking.

I imagine from what I tasted of the Starbucks coffee a gulp of some regurgitated liquid combined with battery acid, white vinegar mixed into a warm colt 45 malt would taste better. However, the 5 stars are that the significant other loves the beverages for car camping and event where they are too cheap to give the volunteers coffee. That it is cheaper than a tasty selection from Black Rifle Coffee I will give it 5 stars
